1. Overview

These Terms govern the use of the Simplic-IT Microsoft 365 optimisation platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Simplic-IT provides a SaaS platform that analyses Microsoft 365 tenant data to identify licence cost savings and automation opportunities.

3. Access & Consent

• You must be authorised to grant Microsoft 365 tenant consent
• You control all permissions granted to the platform
• Access can be revoked at any time via Azure AD

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use the service unlawfully
• Interfere with platform availability or security

5. Automation & Remediation

Automation actions are optional and may require explicit approval. You remain responsible for changes made within your Microsoft 365 tenant.

6. Fees & Billing

• Fees are billed monthly per tenant
• No long-term contracts
• Prices may change with notice

7. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplic-IT shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of data or revenue
• Changes made within your Microsoft 365 tenant

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking tenant consent. We may suspend access for misuse or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
