What Data We Use
Savings are calculated using live data from your Microsoft 365 tenant via Microsoft Graph, including:
- Assigned licences per user
- Actual service usage (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- User sign-in and activity history
- User type (active, inactive, leaver, shared mailbox)
How Savings Are Identified
- Licences assigned to inactive or disabled users
- Licences applied to shared mailboxes
- Over-licensed users based on role and usage
- Duplicate or unnecessary licence stacking
How £ Savings Are Calculated
Each unnecessary licence is mapped to its current SKU price (monthly cost), producing a clear and auditable saving figure.

= £181.00 per month
= £2,172 per year
